How to order your very own custom pet portrait:

Send me a high-quality photo of your pet via email. Clear, well-lit photos are best. Multiple photos are welcome! High-resolution photos (preferably 300 dpi) are ideal.
Front-facing photos generally work best. Please ensure all important details like ears are visible and not cropped.
Photos taken in a well-lit area are preferred.
Please check your Etsy inbox for any questions I may have about your photo.
Share details about your pet's personality or any special features you'd like me to capture.

Creation Process:
I will create your pet's portrait in watercolor.
I will share a proof with you for your approval before shipping.

Painted on professional high-quality Arches cold press 140 lb watercolor paper
Includes a white mat
Finished piece will be your choice of 5 x 7 (plus 8 x 10 white mat) or 8 x 10 inches (plus 11 x 14 white mat)

Shipping & Turnaround:
Your order will ship within 7 to 10 business days, as each painting is custom-made.
Your portrait will be signed and dated.
It comes matted and unframed, wrapped individually in clear sleeves, and packed flat in a sturdy cardboard box mailer.
A tracking number is included with each order.
