Welcome to Tailspin Art Studio! My name is Cheryl and I'm an artist. I specialize in watercolor, and my inspiration comes from all that's around me. As a New Englander and a dog mom, I'm grateful for the beauty all around me. My fur kids bring joy to my life daily, and the many adventures we go on bring me to some amazing places that I just have to paint!

Meet Taz, the little guy in this photo, and the reason behind why I call my shop Tailspin. He's a rescue, and an incredible boy. He shows joy and excitement by spinning around and around endlessly chasing his tail, which reminded me of the Looney Tunes cartoon character, Taz. He came into my life when I needed it most, when my own life felt like it was in a tailspin. Hence the double-entendre.

Fast forward to now. I've been a seller on Etsy for several years now. I also have my work in a local gallery called The Collaborative, and you can find my goods sold at Imagine Gift Store, both found in Warren, RI. I've been wanting to create my own website, so this is a big day for me. Let's see how this goes!
